Goals For Success
A century ago, the famous Harvard philosopher Wiliam James wrote, "Do everyday or two something for no other reason than that you would rather not do it"
Most of the time we take the road of least resistance, the broad road to mediocity. The first question is simple: Are my goals right? A right goal is one that is framed in the perspective of eternity.
The Second question is crucial: Are my goals pleasing to God? if your goals cut God out of your life, then re-evaluate them while you can still do something about them.
The third question is important: Assuming that my goals are right, do I have the patience to stay with my goals until they are accomplished?
Remember Paul's words " I can do all things through Him who strengthens me: (Philippians 4:13) In God's strength, Paul could - and so can you!

txtfire is currently having a Photo and video Contest
* Photo Category
1st 7,500 + Trophy
2nd 5,000 + Trophy
3rd 3,000 + Trophy
· Picture location: Within the Philippine territory only.
· Picture duration: Not more than 2 years.
· Maximum of six (6) entries per contestant.
· Required picture size “8X10” or bigger.
· Picture can be black and white or colored print.
· Digital or darkroom manipulated are not allowed.
· Upon request, the contest organizer may ask contestant to submit winning pictures takeb from their original storage for validation purposes.
*Video Category
1st 7,500 + Trophy
2nd 5,000 + Trophy
3rd 3,000 + Trophy
· Video length from 1 min to a maximum of 5 mins only, no digital manipulation.
· Maximum of five (5) video entries per contestant and must be in CD.
· Video from video camera, digital camera or cellphone camera are allowed
· Only actual Fire & Rescue Scenes are Qualified.
· Upon request, The Contest organizer may ask contestant to submit winning video taken from their original storage for validation purposes.
ALL ENTRIES must be Submitted to TXTFIRE PHILIPPINES on or before the 15th day of JUNE, 2009
